PeriOS journal
PeriOS is available for recording a personal daily journal.
Your first three months with PeriOS are free. Pricing for paid plans is still under review and has not yet been set. We’ll notify all users at least 30 days before any transition to a paid plan.
Keep personal details private
Please do not include personally identifiable information in your journal entries, such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or government ID numbers.
Journal information
Your journal entries are used to provide your PeriOS journal features.
Google sign-in and account linking
New users can create a PeriOS account with Google. If you already have a PeriOS account with the same email address, sign in with your existing password first, verify your PeriOS email if requested, then choose Connect Google in your account menu. PeriOS links accounts only after you sign in and verify ownership; it does not merge accounts automatically. PeriOS uses your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information to verify and link accounts. The link is stored in Amazon Cognito. Google handles authentication; your journal entries are not sent to Google as part of sign-in. Connecting Google does not subscribe you to email updates.
Consent and email updates
Journal consent is separate from optional consent to receive PeriOS email updates.
Review or withdraw consent
You can review this notice and withdraw journal consent in account controls. Withdrawing consent stops journal access but does not delete stored entries.

Full account export or erasure is not yet available.
